The staff was friendly and accommodating. They put your mind at ease regardless of credit status. (Mine is awful and I left with a beautiful car.) They work with several banks to get you the best deal possible and, even with bad credit, don't stick you with an astronomical car payment. They help you get affordable insurance, too.
