Lived at this complex for 2 yrs before moving. I regret signing an additional year but thats life. Best way to describe the units/building is "fake nice". I wish I would have listened to the reviews before living here. Absolutely filthy. Horrid management. Not a safe area. Your car will be broken into(probably multiple times).
I tried calling and emailing 5+ times over the course of two weeks. No response.
As a current resident of Brooklyn Yard, simply you don’t want to move here. I’ve spent 1.5 years here and everything went downhill when the apartment manager quit. Never missed a payment, never caused an issue yet they can never pick up the phone or help you when needed. The grounds and building are dirty, and unkept. Elevator breaks, garbage compactor breaks, and door codes fail. Management turns over like no other, does anyone work here… honestly don’t know. Been promised a call back for 4 days in a row, still haven’t hear... read more
There are no parking in the garage! “Wait list”. Complex is older. Elevator works half the time. Main entrance door code works half the time. Office people NEVER answers the phone.
all security cameras are broken with no timetable to be fixed. someone on the first floor is selling drugs in front of the building, in the open, and management knows yet won't do anything about it. Local homeless people are entering the building (attempting to follow people in) with no recourse from management. Maitenance requests are not handled. Having an emergency now and no way to contact anyone. After confronting them about this a month later..and why they did not warn people that someone was selling drugs and threaten... read more
