I have fallen in love with place. My little doggie Autumn has had extremely bad bowel issues for about 5 years. The other Vet we used to go to could not and wouldn't take the time to find out what was wrong. Then fate brought me to Dr.Jenni. She has finally given us answers and took the time to help her and us. She has been amazing. I seriously can't thank her enough for saving our doggie. She is the best Vet I have ever seen. I am lucky enough to work in the animal industry and see every day some great people, but when it is your own animal and you get a call back at 8:00 at night it is a true reminder to the dedication of a veterinarian. The folks at Brooklyn Veterinary Clinic are wonderful! They give my cat great care in spite of the fact that she's not always very nice to them. They have big hearts and genuinely care for all the animals they care for.
I love our vet. They really care for the animal patients they see as well as those nervous and stressed animal parents like me. We absolutely love Dr. Deb, Dr. Kathy and Dr. Jenny - they have been a blessing! I also love that they listen and respond to questions and concerns and call with test results as soon as they are available, even if it is 9pm at night - I never go to bed worried or stressed that I don't know what is going on with my dog. Drs. Deb,Cathy and Jen all took care of my geriatric cat. Because of their expertise and efficiency I am grateful to say that I have some more time with her. They were all very tender and gentle with her and compassionate with me when I thought it was time to send her over the Rainbow Bridge. Gratefully I have more time with her. I am forever grateful to them and will entrust them with her care always.
