Dr Sarah is absolutely fantastic. My little guy, Chip, is usually terrified at the vet. He didn’t show any signs of stress as soon as Dr Sarah sat down on the floor with him and introduced herself (to both our dogs first then us humans). Our other dog, Blake, was just putty in her hands. Kisses, leaning hugs... There is just something special about Dr Sarah! She also was great with us humans too, going above an beyond to help us. They also have hospital boarding there or traditional boarding right next door.
We have had the privilege of dealing with Dr. Deb, Dr. Kathy and Dr. Sarah during recent semi-emergency visits with our 12 year old English Setter. I cannot praise them enough for the compassion, understanding and professional expertise they show, always making you feel like you and your pet are the most important thing they have to deal with. They go above and beyond the call of duty in every aspect of their job. And it extends to the staff as well. Not sure 5 stars are enough!
