Placed an order on Black Friday and then waited until December 9th to ask when it was going to ship. I was told the order had been cancelled and a refund would be posted, but they only refunded 70% of the cost. Had to get my bank involved since they ghosted me when I asked why I wasn't getting a full refund and I'm convinced they were hoping I forgot about the order completely so as to steal $40 from me, only begrudgingly issuing a partial refund once they got caught. Seems odd to do over such a small amount of money.
Nice staff, helped me build my first board, I was lwk shy but they really helped me be more confident
