So simple
This review is overdue. I visited a few months ago and Frank assisted my group with some skateboard questions. He answered everything single question. He was nice and helpful. I would recommend this shop and want to say thank you FRANK for your time and for being helpful!
Placed an order on Black Friday and then waited until December 9th to ask when it was going to ship. I was told the order had been cancelled and a refund would be posted, but they only refunded 70% of the cost. Had to get my bank involved since they ghosted me when I asked why I wasn't getting a full refund and I'm convinced they were hoping I forgot about the order completely so as to steal $40 from me, only begrudgingly issuing a partial refund once they got caught. Seems odd to do over such a small amount of money.
Nice staff, helped me build my first board, I was lwk shy but they really helped me be more confident
