So tonight I placed a order for delivery and they said it would be 40 min and an hour and fifteen minutes later pizza arrived BARELY WARM!! last time I order from Brooklyn pizza.
Ordered the lunch special and to my chagrin the total didn't have the discount applied. Apparently you have to explicitly ask for it to get it. Even though I ordered the large pizza and garlic knots. What a joke. Took them 3 times to get the total right. Then the order comes out and the garlic knots were under cooked. The pizza was also undercooked. There was 10 of us and we won't be returning. If you have a lunch special try actually honoring it.
Great Pizza been going there for years, the employees could use some training on customer service.
If you live outside of a certain distance they require a $50 minimum purchase. I live near swan and grant which is outside. Their pies are pretty good and sometimes their knots come scorched. Sorry BP the minimum delivery thing for 6 miles 15m drive totally knocked off 2 stars for you.
Large slices and monster amounts of cheese. The cheese pizza is my favorite and normally I dislike cheese pizza. Great Pizza place
