Went today with my family - 6 of us. Ordered the lunch special with garlic knots. Ordered at 1pm, after asking twice about our order TAKING FOREVER, I was finally irritated when a family who ordered AFTER us, got their pizza. Still waiting, I asked again... she told me 5 more minutes, even after I pointed out that the other family already got their food (they ordered the same thing as us). I just went into Brooklyn pizza to get a slice and the girl running register told me it would only take 12 minutes for an xl pepperoni pizza. The basketball game started in 20 so I agreed. 30 minutes later I had to ask how much longer and luckily it was next to come out. the garlic knots were cold by now and the girl didn't even seem to care when I mentioned it taking 30 minutes! So disappointed. I couldn't went somewhere else and not missed part of the game.

Thank you for sharing, Zachary. We've followed-up with staff regarding the time. The wait is traditionally longer than 12 minutes, so we're sorry for the miscommunication. This doesn't help last night, but if you find yourself in that situation again, we do have Sky Bar next door of which the games will be on (or can be turned on) while the order is prepared.
I will never eat at Brooklyn Pizza again. I went there thursday night it took them forever to bring us our pizza, the next morning i was sick to my stomach throwing up and i came to learn that i have food poisoning. And to top it all off the people who work there are really rude. I can see why you guys got a C rating.
