I enjoy every visit very warm and friendly.
The service I received was excellent
I had a wire took off my tooth after wearing braces in the past, so I needed it to be re-bonded/re-attached. I was accepted without an appointment, the atmosphere was very welcoming. The job was done quickly and nicely. I was told about the reasons why the problem occurred and why it can happen again. The personnel was attentive from the beginning to the end of the visit.
Promptly taken, was nice to have all of the forms electronic. Very friendly staff and a clean office would recommend to anybody.
Just came from my appointment and while I rarely write reviews, have to join the crowd and say what a fantastic practice this is. I was nervous (its been way too long since my last dentist visit) but the staff was patient, kind, and reassuring. I typically get a sore jaw during cleanings but not this time, it was over before I knew it, despite my less-than-stellar dental care. I really cannot say enough good things, but HIGHLY recommend making Dr. Unchali your dentist! Oh, and zero wait time!
From the fast check in to the knowledgeable, friendly and professional staff this was a wonderful experience. Everything flowed smoothly - there was no wait time between check in/ x-rays/ cleaning/ exam. This office is run like clockwork by a great staff!
I had an emergency appointment today with Dr. Unchali and his team. I was in a real state -- an infected tooth had broken off and I was getting sicker by the hour as the infection started to enter my bloodstream. As a dialysis patient, this has the potential to become very dangerous, very quickly. Dr. Unchali was able to clean my tooth out out and save the remains of it to prep it for further treatment in the next coming weeks. I was looking for a local dentist in the Brooklyn Area. I found Brooklyn Family Dental and was delighted to know they accepted my dental insurance. I setup an appointment and received text confirmations the same day as the appointment. When I arrived the dental service was very professional. I was provided x-rays, dental cleaning and Dental services in the time I usually spend waiting in the dental waiting room. Services were complete, no shortcuts.
