I had a cracked tooth and Dr. Unchali was able to see me right away. He took X-rays, examined me and we decided it would be better to make a crown than try to reconstruct the tooth, which would eventually crack again. A crown was more permanent and proper solution. Dr. Unchali worked diligently and without major pain. Dr. Unchali was very cooperative and friendly, as was all the staff. He also was very cooperative with billing me for the excellent work he did. I did not have a dentist for almost 7 years until I received insurance through my job. I am very happy with Brooklyn Family Dental care. Dr. Terry Unchal has been my dentist for the past 3 years, and he and his staff are great. I am always scared of having any dental work done and Dr. Unchal and his staff are very patient, gentle and always take the time to explain procedures or answer any questions.

Services provided were fantastic. Yesterday, I had two wisdom teeth removed and was in and out of the office in about 45 minutes. I have little to no pain and have healed very well already. I highly recommend this office.

The most important thing to me is usage of time. I was seen in a reasonable amount of time as a new patient. The amount of paper work was very minimum; much different from what I have dealt with in the pass. I was impressed by the new technology. Office was clean and the staff was nice.

Have you ever gotten a filling, and then at the end the dentist asks you to chomp your teeth to see how it's hitting? And it isn't hitting quite right? So s/he grinds the filling down a little, and you chomp again, and it still isn't right, and the grinding and chomping continue for awhile. Then maybe you go home, and realize it still isn't right, and you have to come back the next day? Then you finally just adapt and get used to how it feels a little weird? That didn't happen to me.
