I decided to list my condo in September 2022, in this market I wasn't sure how to price it so when Brooklyn came to look at it she said let's list it high to see what traffic we get ( we could always go lower). There were a lot of challenges, but Brooklyn took on the challenge and had my condo sold within 2 months.She is absolutely without a doubt a very capable real estate agent.
