Customer service was bad. Contacted then for a car and said yes they will call back and then i call and had no idea what i was talking about. The guy who we were texting. Was nice but the person who Answered the phone was rude. Say we approve everyone i also told them my score and they said no problem. Then we talked on the phone for two sec and he said no we cant with no explaining and anything. My score is low but i have a good downpaymet he said we can appove you if you have $20,000.
