Best place ever !!!!! They are easy going and they do not demand money. If you live in Spokane this is the number 1 place to go. If you don't live in Spokane move there.

Although when we moved in here 13 months ago, we loved the place, but now under new management - not so much. For the past two months in a row, they have deducted more than our rent amount from our checking account without telling us this was going to happen, and they don't give you a refund, just deduct it from your next month's rent. When I called to ask about my refund, I get voice mail, and I am still waiting on a call back with a logical explanation. VERY POOR business practices.
These places are absolutely amazing. The houses are clean wonderful and everything you would expect for good quality. The staff is great. Jared the manager who helped us was absolutely the easiest person to work with when it comes to searching for a place to live. We are happy to call our new place home. BUYER/RENTER BEWARE!! We lived in a townhome for several years, we were nickle and dimed for everything! Rent went up at LEAST $100 every year! Their management company Greystar are terrible! If you need something repaired, good luck, you'll have to request it repeatedly and when they finally show up, it falls apart the next day! When we moved out, they claimed the garage door remotes were melted, I emailed Greystar video AND photos of the remotes I had taken the day (as I had video taped the final walk through) I turned the... read more
I was tired of the apartment living scene. I wanted something that felt more like it was mine. The townhomes offered everything I wanted. Great layout for a young family or for having roommates. The neighborhoods are quiet and clean. I felt proud to come home after a long days work to "my home". Thanks Diamondrock for helping me provide the home my family needed and wanted.
