I would NEVER recommend Brookline to anyone, not even my worst enemy. They are snakes. Super sweet and nice to get you in there but watch out at move out. They will keep your deposit and rape your bank account. It’s unfortunate that we moved out during covid so we were not allowed to do final walk through. I have rented many places over the years and have always gotten my full deposit back. Be careful!!!! Everyone I know has gotten robbed in the end!
Units are fine, customer service is good, move out fees are ridiculous! We we’re screwed the day we moved in because we have a dog. My dog NEVER peed inside yet I’m being charged $1000 in carpet damages? We had no stains, no accident, nothing. He’s a 10yr old lab who sleeps all day and has been on a schedule for years. I don’t even know how to fight this! We hung pictures on the walls like most people do and offered to paint before we left we were told we couldn’t got charged $300 for paint. RecommendedWe moved in about 9 months ago. The rent is very well above what it should be, don't get me wrong, they are beautiful, but there have been 2 managers in 9 months so far waiting for the next. I'm not sure why. But, the only problem I have is the things that were wrong in the walk through, have still not been fixed. Its just little things though so we don't complain. I absolutely love our townhome and our neighborhood. However, management is a joke. You try to contact them and it takes days, weeks, or you contacting them multiple times for them to get back with you. Whoever was manager back in September/October of 2018 Katrina I think, was much better. I would not recommend renting from any place managed by graystar.
We love our new home. Th leasing staff was polite, knowledgeable, and professional. We have been looking at these rentals ever since we decided to sell our house. Finally, the time was right. We wanted something more then just your average apartment, this is a great in-between until our dream house is ready. The quality and locations are a big plus!
We recently moved into a townhouse in Green Acres and we absolutely love it!!! The location is great and our back yard is peaceful and quite. The office crew made our move-in process seamless and welcoming so we want to send a huge thank you to Jared, Katrina and Katerina! Also the maintenance team helped us with some bigger items, so a big thanks to them too! I would definitely recommend Brookline to someone looking for a great place to live!!!

We live in the cutest neighborhood! We have a lovely view of Greenacres and very kind neighbors. Our master bedroom is an absolute dream and is HUGE! We have more space than we need but it is perfect for our little family (we also have a fur baby). The kitchen is huge and we even have a back porch that is super spacious. We love living at Brookline and highly recommend it.
