I work on election days- 2x per year. Today, they gym was 63 degrees and stayed that way until a person with "the code" that works here was able to turn up the heat. Fast forward to the later afternoon. The heating in the ceiling started making a very loud whirling squealing noise right above our voters station. Nice rink for dek hockey! There is a shooting pad with goal as well.
Nice playground areas. Plenty of benches. Good shade. Wish the pavilion area was bigger for parties or you could rent a room in the rec center!
Great place early in the morning. Sadly there tends to be a large group of kids who are unsupervised. So expect foul language from edgy pre teens. And less than desirable behavior.
