They were very friendly and professional from the start and they took all my worries about taking care of my grandmother who suffers from dementia. They genuinely care about their clients and I feel safe leaving my grandmother in their care.
Brookline Harmony Home Care is an extremely professional organization with exceedingly kind staff and caregivers. The communication and flexibility of the office was spectacular and adjusted to the unpredictable nature of home elder care situations with grace. The pandemic made a lot of things difficult even two years some of us are still affected by what it left behind. My family and I are so grateful for their expertise and care for my grandparents and we know we can rely upon them as needed in the future.
