We wanted to replace our old, standard broken garage door with something much nicer. Chris was the salesman that worked with me over the phone, I explained what we were looking for and he set up a package that was perfect. CHI makes a good door and that was what was recommended since we wanted one with windows. I can’t recommend Brookline Doorworks strong enough. I needed my garage door fixed asap & they were able to squeeze me in on the same day. In fact, Luke showed up a few hours after I had reached out to them. Luke was courteous, professional, & made sure I understood what was wrong & how it could be fixed. I highly recommend using Brookline Doorworks. .

We had our garage door replaced due to the April 2026 hailstorm. Brookline was very quick to get our door ordered and installed. Derek was super polite and did a great job! I would recommend anyone work with Brookline Doorworks if you need a new garage door!

A battery needed (was demanding) to be replaced in one of our garage door openers. My service call was promptly scheduled. My technician, Kadin, was just superb. He was warm, knowledgeable and professional. He was happy to go ahead and inspect both door systems and perform preventative maintenance on them, as well. I also asked Kadin to take a look at the bottom panel of the double door which had been damaged in an accident. Brookline Doorworks is amazing to work with. They were friendly and helpful from the moment I called to book the appointment. Kadin was the tech that came out to fix our issue and he was professional, personable and quick! Although I hope to not have any more garage door issues, if I do I’ll definitely call this company!
