I came back to this salon at the behest of their customer retention attempt. This time, the technician (a different one) cut my toe terribly with their clippers and were not trained whatsoever in first aid. I sat bleeding. My concern is that I am a diabetic and injuries such as these can be incredibly dangerous. Their receptionist was so kind and concerned about me and really did the best she could to help. Been going to brooklin nails for a few years now and my nails are always on point, friendly staff, clean salon, highly recommend!!!!
I just got home not long ago from having my nails, toenails, and eyebrows done. My nails and toes turned out great! The girl who did them did a wonderful job. I wish I remembered her name. She did a nice shape and design. However, after having my eyebrows waxed, I felt a stinging sensation right away but assumed it would go away once I got home.
