My husband attended today (in pain- not an ER situation) at 1:20 for the “1:30” start time for the walk in. Was waiting until 2:45 and when asked was told another 40mins. Receptionist said that there were 2 people ahead for walk in but the doctor also had his own patients booked for appointments. So not really a walk in if the doctor is fully booked with appt’s for the afternoon. Patients should be advised of a 2 hour wait time, as they are running a "walk in clinic" on the side. Will not go to this walk in again :(
Dr John is a breath of fresh air. He really cares and takes his time . Highly recommend
Doctors are great but receptionists books the appointments and keep cancelling them. I had appointments booked for my two daughters and in there system it showed only for one while I had it in my calendar and in messages. They couldn’t even accommodate other one although it was mistake on their end. For family physicians appointment is available after a month no matter what your reports says.
I took my 74 years old dad to get check for shingles on Jan 2 of 2026, because he has half of his face red mainly the eye, nose and mouth, he was visiting from Florida. After paying for the consult and waiting for 3 hours to be seen by the doctor, he insisted he has a skin infection and was not shingles even after a quick search in Google. My dad went back to Florida and antibiotics for the skin infection did not work and symptoms got worse , and decided to go to ER in Florida where he was diagnosed with Shingles.
I've literally never been to a walk in clinic with better customer service. Dr. Narendra was amazing and his front desk staff was incredibly kind and helpful. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone
