I recently signed my second lease at Brookleigh Flats. Part of my decision to stay there, aside from the fact that I love the area and community, is the responsive and caring leasing office staff. Miss Catherine, the assistant manager, has always been someone I can go to when I need action. She gets things done! She has gone out of her way several times to accommodate my needs. My husband and I did a short-term rental here through the Landing company. We lived here a little over a month and, for some reason the fire alarm went off twice. Once around 10am on a Monday and again at midnight Sunday night/Monday morning. It was an incessant, unbearably loud continual blaring for more than 15 minutes each time. No fire. No communication from management. Just unexplained huge disturbance, twice in four weeks.
We just had a tour with Teon and he is extremely professional and nice! Thank you for all your help. We loved the complex and everything!
Just wanted to thank Teon, Rod & CJ for their stellar and prompt service. Teon was an amazing help moving in, scoring me a great deal on an apartment. There were some concerns moving in but Rod & CJ jumped on them immediately. Even replaced my oven within the same hour of me raising those concerns! I had lived here before and I came back because of the service they provide and the quality of their community. Kudos to Teon, Rod & CJ for all of their help!
