I have resided at Brooklawn for approx 11 years....during this time, I have been pleased with renovations to the windows, balconies, new carpet, new paint throughout n new updated beautiful furniture in the lobby sure to get the attention of a prospective renter....I have made this my home, thanks in Part to the wonderful residents n the assistance of Denise ( office manager ) when I pass along any issue to her...she handles issues in an expeditious manner with positive results! I’ve had a wonderful experience living at Brooklawn Apartments, and I cannot recommend it enough. From the very beginning, Denise, the manager, has been outstanding. She is always available to help, providing exceptional support and making sure everything runs smoothly. Her communication has been top-notch, and I’ve never had a problem that she hasn’t been able to resolve promptly.
