I’ve had an extremely frustrating experience with the management office at this apartment complex due to repeated incompetence and lack of accountability. I moved in back in November, and from the very beginning I was having issues with my mailbox not working. For nearly two months, I went back and forth with the office trying to get it resolved. recently toured this apartment and really liked the property, so my dad and I both applied and paid the $50 application fee each. We were told we would typically hear back within two days. After several days passed without any update, I reached out to the front office and was told they would contact the corporate office. High rent with no improvements to interior or exterior. Manager can appear dismissive and disrespectful at times. Angelina is great though so +1 star.
I lived at this property for several years. While the landscaping features a lot of wood and rot throughout the grounds, the rent has continued to increase without any corresponding improvements to the interior or exterior of the buildings. My experiences with the property manager, Jared, have been discouraging. In my opinion, he does not demonstrate a strong understanding of fair and consistent treatment of residents, and I have felt that some decisions were handled unfairly.
