High rent with no improvements to interior or exterior. Manager can appear dismissive and disrespectful at times. Angelina is great though so +1 star.
I lived at this property for several years. While the landscaping features a lot of wood and rot throughout the grounds, the rent has continued to increase without any corresponding improvements to the interior or exterior of the buildings. My experiences with the property manager, Jared, have been discouraging. In my opinion, he does not demonstrate a strong understanding of fair and consistent treatment of residents, and I have felt that some decisions were handled unfairly. The experience living in the apartment was okay, despite an intense ant problem and some noisy neighbors, but the experience moving out quickly dropped my rating down. As long others have said, they make it nearly impossible to receive a good chunk of the security deposit back. We left the apartment in great shape yet they charged an insane amount for things that are typically just normal wear and tear. Living at this apartment complex was a frustrating experience and I would strongly caution anyone considering this apartment complex. After two years, they withheld over $1,000 from my security deposit to replace the carpet despite the fact that I personally cleaned it every two months with a carpet cleaner and left the unit in great condition.
