We have lived here for almost 2 years the rents a little high but it's an awesome place to live management staff very professional it's like living in a resort
Terrible place units have not been updated probably ever. Windows are so old they don’t keep out cold or noise at all. They literally filled in one of the pools with no notice and took away bbq area so we are paying very high rent with very few amenities. Zero guest parking
Run from this place! Filled with roaches and spiders! Filthy and no security! They treat you like trash and you can’t put anything on your own front door like a wreath or or decorations on your windows. Not even a garden flag unless you are Caucasian. They are very selective of who they like and what people can get away with. Don’t be fooled but the outer appearance when you pass by the front. It looks great but once you’re actually here you’re stuck! Management is horrible to deal with.
Living in Brooklake was a great experience for my family and I. Starting with the attention that the entire team gave us. Angelina is a sweet and attentive person who did everything to make us very welcome. All the maintenance team is great, helpful and very competent. Every request I made was resolved promptly. We are surrounded by beautiful gardens, a good gym, relaxing sauna and new pool area. I'm sorry to leave “our home” in California, it was a very happy few months at Brooklake Apartments.
