We have been served by this facility since returning to Louisiana about 19 years ago and could not be more pleased from the medical care to boarding to supplies. Dr. Brookings and her staff have always given us personal, professional service. Our pups are family. At Brookings they are treated as family. It is comforting to know when we travel that our babies spend their days with folks who will treat/cure them if one becomes ill. Otherwise, we would never leave them. All I can say is I brought my parakeet in for treatment and the doctor gave her a shot. The next day my bird was having seizers and could not use her legs. She died shortly after. Would not take another pet there.
I want to thank the dr. and all the staff for the excellent care yall told of yellar and getting him home with his family. Y'all did a spectacular job!!!! Thank you so much!!
The best place to bring your pet "family member". Very caring staff that go the extra mile to make sure your pet is comfortable and calm. Doc Brookings is top notch in her surgery skills and care, the Receptionist is always friendly, and the kennell workers treat your pets as their own when boarding.
I have taken all my dogs to Dr. Brookings since she opened her practice here in North Shreveport. I wouldn't take my dogs any where else. Dr. Brookings is very knowledgeable and truly cares for animals. I feel safe allowing her to treat my dogs.
Thank you so much for your loving service to us when our cat died. You were there when we needed you. And that means a lot to us. God bless you.
