Beds were ok. Didn't like the shower pressure, it was very weak and no hot water. It was Luke warm. Almost got stuck in elevator. Had to pay for ice machine too use... Lobby was nice.
This was my first time staying here and believe that it was a good experience. The staff was nice and kind! The room I had was clean and tidy as well. Would definitely stay here again!
When I got to the hotel, I definitely said I can wait to give this hotel a 5 stars review because they definitely deserve it. I recommend 101% Brookhurst Plaza hotel when staying in California. I’ve been to California multiple times with my family and I always look for budget friendly, clean hotel for me and my family and Brookhurst was the right choice.
