I recently stayed at this hotel on the begin of June and had a very positive experience overall. The location was excellent, with easy access to both Disneyland and Knott’s Berry Farm, making it a convenient choice for our trip. The parking area was spacious and easy to navigate, which was a big plus. One thing I really appreciated was that coffee was available throughout the day. The service was good, they let me check in an hour early once my room was ready. The beds appeared clean but I was itchy. Not sure what from. Bathroom very clean. Parking was easy. My biggest complaint is the extremely old, stained, grimy carpet. Definitely needs to be replaced to make the stay better. I didn’t take off my shoes in the room due to it.
They claimed they gave us queen beds but they were definitely full sized at best. We have a queen bed at home and I can guarantee that was not a queen bed. You shouldn't upcharge guests without actually providing what they paid for. The room was clean enough other than the carpet stains, the wall paint mess, and the leftover hair in the bathroom. Make sure to firmly shut your door. The doors have no weight to them and won't shut themselves. No breakfast provided but at least there's an area to sit down if you bring your own.... read more
