Probably one of the worst places I’ve stayed in and I’m not super picky. Had what looked like cigarette burn holes in the comforter, stains all over the carpet, paint far outside the lines all over the walls, strange smell in the halls. The pictures make it look much nicer than it is! We didn’t interact much with staff.

Stay away!! Do not stay here! Staff is incompetent, entered my room while I was naked in the tub. I had to jump up and slam the door close. While they woke my children up, my son sat in front of the door scared someone was going to come in. The staff did not apologize and are blaming me for their incompetent staff entering an occupied room breaching a legal contract. The parking lot was disgusting. Do not go through what I went through. Brenda and Maria are jokes. They are running this place to the ground.
Dated rooms with a strange odor and the shower water was lukewarm at best but overall the place was clean and the staff were all amazing. We were accommodated for early check in and all the staff we interacted with was helpful and pleasant. Not sure if this area is safe or not, the key card to the door had instructions like deadbolt the door and request ID from anyone knocking which I’ve never seen before from a hotel which had us a little uncomfortable.
