I moved in almost 2 years ago and overall its been a nice place to live while finishing my degree. I pay my rent on time so I don't have any problems with the office. I've called in to have the handyman fix a few problems and its always been repaired. I carry 21 hours and work pt so I'm never home! The ladies in the office sign for my shippmemts and leave them in my apartment which is a HUGE help!! My apartment was fine when I was living in it. Apart from the air conditioner that didn’t heat the apartment when it was too cold and didn’t cool the apartment when it was above 90 degrees outside (which happens quite often). Management changed three times over three years. When I moved out I was asked to pay the amount above the security deposit, which was 200 dollars. I lived at Brookhollow for 5yrs. I recommend this complex to anyone who likes a little higher quality living. ( I had a 3bd rm, with vaulted cielings, my electric bill was never $200. ) The management and maintenance have been very professional and efficient on whatever issues arose. They have 2 beautiful pools and a well manicured property. The community is quiet yet friendly, its a great location for students and families. Its close to campus, schools, parks, shopping and the CART route.

brookhollow apartments are a great place to live. the office staff is very friendly and very helpful. there is always good cookies to eat in the office. the maintenace staff are very professional and friendly. they are always there to fix my problems within one day of me reporting my problem.

New Management has just come in - NOT nice people. Maintenance manager has been extremely rude and obnoxious since literally day one while we were unloading our u-haul. My brother's truck broke down one day and he was tinkering around under the hood to try to spot the problem. Maintenance manager advised that you are not allowed to work on your vehicle in the parking lot. (Huh? I thought we paid rent to live here!)
