The management staff is friendly and responsive to the needs of the tenants, and the rent isn't too bad either. Maintenance needs are taken care of swiftly and efficiently. The location is convenient to shopping, dining and theaters, and is adjacent to public transportation. Although there is a lot of turnover, long-time residents are friendly and downright neighborly.
Weve lived here for a year now and have been very pleased! The office hours arent very convenient, but otherwise, we think its great! Weve never paid on time, always a couple of days late (I just forget to notice when its the 1st of the month) and weve never had a problem.
beware renting from them...they evicted my friend who lived there for nine years, for being four days late with the rent(the only time in 9 years) because they wanted to get market value for his apartment
