Weve lived here for a year now and have been very pleased! The office hours arent very convenient, but otherwise, we think its great! Weve never paid on time, always a couple of days late (I just forget to notice when its the 1st of the month) and weve never had a problem.
beware renting from them...they evicted my friend who lived there for nine years, for being four days late with the rent(the only time in 9 years) because they wanted to get market value for his apartment
