My favorite birth experience was made possible with Brookhaven. From the moment we walked in, the atmosphere felt warm and inviting. The midwives were genuinely caring and supportive. They were knowledgeable, patient, and truly invested in my well-being, both physically and emotionally. I had an amazing experience at Brookhaven and would strongly recommend! I have had three hospital births and this was so much better. For every complaint I had during labor, Misty had something to help! She helped me do the miles circuit and my baby was born very quickly. I've struggled with nursing each of my children and never had the help at my previous OB that I've had here. 100% worth it and would come back if I had another baby! I have complete confidence in Misty, and everyone else at Brookhaven has been great!
We chose Brookhaven for the birth of our third baby, and the experience was truly incredible. From prenatal care to the birth itself, postpartum recovery, and newborn support, we felt completely cared for every step of the way. What can I say .... Brookhaven Birth Center is an amazing place. I came to them late in my 6th pregnancy and they were amazing from day 1. From thier front desk personal to both Misty and Cindy (the midwives) and all their students. At every visit they really took the time with you to talk and get to know you and understand your thoughts & feelings regarding your labor plan; also any concerns regarding your pregnancy. I cannot recommend this midwifery service enough. Misty Ward assisted my husband and I in the births of all 3 of our children. I've always been very interested in holistic midwifery since I was a girl. Books like the Bradley book and other midwifery books were available in my house to read.
