Recommendedall the support they give to there residents and the love and care they provide for them and I also recommend nice please residents have when you walk in
the Nurses Aides/RN's could never quite often enough get to my room soon enough for whatever the reason I needed them. The kitchen had us fill out a menu chart for every week in advance, but quite often, got my meals wrong from what I ordered and more often barely warm. lemonade tasted like pink water. Waking me up at 5am for pill that is supposed to be taken 1 hour before eating breakfast.... insisting I be helped to take a shower at 10 pm or 4 am...absolutely crazy!!
Thank you for all the precautions you have taken to keep my parents safe during this pandemic. Thank you to the overworked staff who call me when my parents need med. refills etc. Thank you for the hall way activities you've arranged for the residents. Trust me...my mom calls me all day long. If she had a complaint I would know ! She's enjoying the special attention and loves her word search book !
I recommend BrookHaven for employment! We have a lot of great staff and we are in a great community!
I give this so-called nursing home or rehabilitation center like they would like to think they are. No Stars! if you care or love anyone that you know you would never send them to this place it is the worst nursing home I have ever stepped foot in
