Deliver @ 3:30pm on 6/12 .. Only took 45 mins to unload me , sat 5hrs waiting on them to process items before paperwork . Went to check & lady asked for my email so that I could leave to pickup my next load . Called just now @ 2pm next day & still no paperwork bc hasn’t finished processing . Asked why & Lady said they are in the middle of changing over to Robots & it’s a mess . Said to call tomorrow (Sunday) to see about paperwork ! Update : 6/16/26 @ 9:45am finally got BOL paperwork email to me … ridiculous
I was on the fence whether it’s 2 stars or 3 stars and decided on 2. Check in at 7:38, appointment for 7:45, back into door and hand paperwork to office at 7:50, unloading started at 8:11, ended at 12:36, received paperwork at 1:21pm. Honestly if I knew I was taking this load to Walmart, I’d have passed and found something else. Being told FCFS on the receiving end (till I got the ratecon) led me to believe it was a mom n pop place. If you can’t leave without your load paperwork don’t come to this place. They took 8 1/2 hours to unload and check a load of only paper plates!!! Other than that good luck trying this place!!
This place is crazy they finished unloading my I have to wait hours for my paperwork. Already spent 3 hours to unload my truck. This is ridiculous
