What a waist of time. I checked in at the gate at 13:40 for for a 14:30 appointment to unload. I was checked in, in the dock, dollies down and disconnected in 11 mins. The load is light weight truck 3/4 full of light weight baby car seats. Large boxes wicked light weight slide the wrapper group of them around easy when strapping the load. I have been in the dock door 5 HOUR'S AND 42 MINUTES. I know it's a Wal-dump, but come on! I've watched several rotation of trucks on both sides of me come and go. Got in 30 min before appointment time n got a door right away..4 hrs later I get a text telling me my paperwork will be ready shortly to make my way to the office...Once there is get im sorry ,it's NOT READY..wait untill we call you... 45 min later I get the call to pick up paperwork. Either text us or call us...Why contact us at all unless you have our paperwork done ???All this time for 7 pallets...DO BETTER
This Walmart dc has a serious, serious problem. Way to many trailers, all parked in the isles, all the spots are full. Can't get to mts, or full trailers. Also, our company has probably 20 trailers here with pallets, they need to be transported somewhere, anywhere! Terrible organization!!!!!
Reviews are true. 12 PM appointment tried to check in early and told come back at 1145. They said theyre already behind because its a wait for doors. It sounds like someone is counting the product slower. If the robots are unloading quickly, why is it taking so long to count the product.
Deliver @ 3:30pm on 6/12 .. Only took 45 mins to unload me , sat 5hrs waiting on them to process items before paperwork . Went to check & lady asked for my email so that I could leave to pickup my next load . Called just now @ 2pm next day & still no paperwork bc hasn’t finished processing . Asked why & Lady said they are in the middle of changing over to Robots & it’s a mess . Said to call tomorrow (Sunday) to see about paperwork ! Update : 6/16/26 @ 9:45am finally got BOL paperwork email to me … ridiculous
