10 min window ....that's it. Guard is super nice that's the only reason they got stars. Appointment time is 930 was given a door with a Walmart trailer already in it, with a red light ...told I had to wait....this place is a joke.
Got here early had to wait hour and a half to check in. Got a dock door and had to wait another 30 min to get in dock because a trailer was in the door. My trailer is done but the paperwork is being processed another 2 hours went by. Won't come here again.

Resulta ser que si llegas 20 minutos después tienes que reagendar una cita para el otro día, sin importar si fue porque tu camion tuvo algun problema en la carretera, pero ya cuando estas adentro no les importa el tiempo que pierdas. Muy mal trato por parte de los operadores telefónicos y de la señora del punto de seguridad.
