Service is great
Went to Urgent Care this afternoon. I have had a very sore throat since Friday night. The receptionist was very nice and helpful. The nurse was very nice and patient with me. The Dr was very upbeat and nice. Gave me a shot. Hope it helps. They all seem to be concerned with helping you.
I can’t speak of the providers because my child never made it past the rude office staff. As he waited for over 40 minutes he Was repeatedly told his insurance was inactive and the lady at the front desk would not speak to me. He was told he had to pay out of pocket if he wanted to be seen even though he’s fully insured. She was not kind nor helpful. Do not waste your time at this place. The office workers are rude and slow as hell. There is only one nurse practitioner that actually seems to know what she is doing and actually cares about herself. So if you get stuck and absolutely have no where else to go I recommend Loren. By the way the price for office visit is ridiculous and they won't work with you at all no matter how sick you are.
IF you ARE going to publicly POST HOURS; ABIDE by them. NO coming in/opening LATE OR CLOSING EARLY ! #1 - IT SHOWS YOU ARE NOT CREDIBLE. #2 - IT SHOWS YOU ARE NOT SINCERE OR DEVOTED TO YOUR PROFESSION.
