DO NOT USE this place!!!They are a complete joke.My husband went there after going to the emergency room,emergency room said he had a bacterial infection but apparently the er doesn't handle whatever you need to be signed to give to your job so he chose to go to this clinic to follow up hoping to get his papers signed or whatever for a excuse to turn into work because his job requires you to take a 3 day leave if you don't have the pto time,well their lovely dr in there said he doesn't see where he medically needs 3 days so ... read more

Went to Urgent Care this afternoon. I have had a very sore throat since Friday night. The receptionist was very nice and helpful. The nurse was very nice and patient with me. The Dr was very upbeat and nice. Gave me a shot. Hope it helps. They all seem to be concerned with helping you.

I can’t speak of the providers because my child never made it past the rude office staff. As he waited for over 40 minutes he Was repeatedly told his insurance was inactive and the lady at the front desk would not speak to me. He was told he had to pay out of pocket if he wanted to be seen even though he’s fully insured. She was not kind nor helpful. Due to Her incompetency and unwillingness to speak to me to figure out what she was doing wrong in her system, my child wasn’t seen and is very sick. Try another clinic, especia... read more

Do not waste your time at this place. The office workers are rude and slow as hell. There is only one nurse practitioner that actually seems to know what she is doing and actually cares about herself. So if you get stuck and absolutely have no where else to go I recommend Loren. By the way the price for office visit is ridiculous and they won't work with you at all no matter how sick you are.
