Carla, who works with billing denied my healthcare due to me only being able to pay a lower price than what she wanted me to pay. She was very rude and condescending. I understand it the bill has to be paid. It may not be paid in the timeframe that they might want it, but as long as it gets paid. People who work with the public, especially in healthcare, should have a course in dealing with people. What happened to treating people with respect, being nice, and understanding.

Made an appointment weeks in advance, given the forms in advance. Noticed the forms did not ask for purpose of visit, or any other MEDICAL questions. Just wanted payment info. Arrived on time where I was told I'd have to pay BEFORE ever seeing anyone. I passed since it is so smart to give drug dealers money before ever getting your drugs. Read your response.
