I genuinely like the school as a whole, but there are a few teachers that won't work with you if your a full time working student.
I hate calling dcccd school. The staff is always rude except Brookhaven Nursing School staff. I called this morning because I needed my password reset and a lady in admissions was so rude. I called back to speak with a manager and she transferred me to the transcript department. DON’T GO TO DCCCD SCHOOL . Customer service is terrible at all of the schools.
Bookstore never answers the phone! That’s pathetic customer service!
better staff,understanding student advisors that actually help you get the classes you want, some are good others are bad. the testing center treats you like your 7. lower prices at the book store as you can find the books online for a fraction of the cost. its my 1st time at a sit down university and im not impressed.
The only thing that has been good about this school for me is the German professor I have. The rest is a mess. After over a month of trying to get my financial aid sorted out, I still have yet to have my bill paid. Nobody in the FA department seems to be on the same page. I get told something different each time I call (if I even get to talk to someone that is.) They are the worst when it comes to phones. I have tried to call multiple times and I finally hung up after I waited on hold for 1 hour one day and 1 hour and 13 min... read more
worst school. they screwed me over while i was there and they still screw me over even when i’m just trying to get my transcript to continue my education elsewhere. do not trust them. they never contact you when something goes wrong in your account, and they treat the students horribly. so glad i left this school.
brookhaven remains the best.hve been told they give the right and best training in any courses you wish to study.i love you brookhaven
