We brought our two cats in after finding worms in their litter. While the doctor was very professional, he has a huge focus on sales. In the time we were there, he tried to sell us pet insurance and very over priced flea collars at $100 a piece that are available at pet stores for $10-$15. Upon our departure he said our total would be $430 which seemed awfully high to me. I asked for an itemized INVOICE so I can see where these charges came from. Dear Dr. Nanton and Staff, Thank you so much for taking such good care of our cat Clyde. You really spoiled him; giving him all that attention during his stay. For the first time since we rescued him over a year ago, he is happy and pain-free. The assistant was helpful and patient. I've already recommended the cat hospital to some friends. We're very happy with the website it's easy and convenient. Its just another way communicating and seeing my cats lab results and history online.

I recently got ripped off after this so called doctor killed my cat after 2 days in his clinic and then tried to charge another $500! I'm shocked that this quack has a license to do business! I would never ever recommend him to anyone! they may be the worst animal doctor I have ever been too! btw he will tell you he is sympathetic, while he hands you another bill!
The Brookhaven cat hospital is awful, they overcharge for all the treatments & services. I was charged 3 times the amount for a blood test then at the emergency clinic! The wait time was awful, 45 minutes to see the doctor. The doctor couldn't even call me back the 2 times I called and waited for a call back regarding questions I had. My cat was handled too roughly, and nearly fell off the table when his cat carrier was placed unequally on the table. I would never go there again.
