My girlfriend and I haven't lived here long but it's been a great experience with wonderful people. The neighbors are friendly and the staff is incredible. Maintenance is in and out while working effectively.
My family has been here for 2 years and we just signed onto a third year lease. We absolutely love it here. There have been minor instances of issues but the landlords, or leasing agents, have been able to fix it or it’s not been their fault so we don’t fault them. Everyone in the office is very understanding and welcoming, it’s very nice and helpful, especially when I get anxious to talk to people. So far my experience has been great!
If we could give them a 4.5 stars we would! We stayed here for about 2.5 years. We had a two bed, one bath unit on the garden level. The unit itself was spacious, accommodating, and clean. We liked the environment, very peaceful living space with friendly neighbors. We did get a unit with outdated appliances, and when requesting an update or a possible rent decrease, that request couldn't be honored. This apartment complex failed my family member! My daughter who could have died on Christmas Day lives in these apartments, and they did not have emergency service for her! They didn’t even bother to call outside service to assist. My Daughter was left without heat For 24 hours and everyone was out on vacation while she was sick with carbon monoxide poisoning, caused from a leak that their maintenance man created.
