I have lived at the Brookfield Village Apartments for about two and a half years (since 2024). If you are looking for a great (and reasonably affordable) space to live in, courteous apartment staff, friendly neighbors and a great location within Topeka, this apartment would make a great choice. She went above and beyond to make the process smooth and stress-free and was always available to answer our questions. She made everything easy—from scheduling a tour to getting approved and moving in—and was quick to respond whenever we reached out. Her professionalism and genuine care really stood out.
