This is an absolute joke of a company. If I could give them 0 stars, I would. Much like another customer's review, the flooring was coming up at the seams after only a FEW MONTHS. This was a brand new home. I also noticed the secondary bedroom was getting zero airflow from the A/C. Using Brookfield's preferred HVAC vendor, I had a technician check things out and he said everything looked fine. Everyone my husband and I have worked with at Brookfield has been incredible. Colin, Lexi, Tyler, and Joe have been exceptional and have made our first home-buying experience amazing. I can't say enough good things about this group and all they've done for us.

I worked with Brookfield on a recent transaction for a mutual client buying a home and they were, by far, the best builder I've worked with on the lending side. Very responsive and quick to find solutions for my needs.

Worst property management company I have ever dealt with. They do not communicate until the issue needs to be resolved legally. They recently handed over management of our subdivision and no one could provide me with any contact information for the new company. Steer clear of this unprofessional company at all costs.
