I can't say enough great things about Brookfield and the service I've received since I purchased my home in May of 2024. I previously owned another new build by a different builder and the construction of this home and the customer service are both a million times better than my last experience. Have their construction crews working holidays and early mornings outside of approved construction hours. Just a bad neighbor as a builder.
This was my second time buying a new home from a builder, and the two experiences couldn’t have been more different. From the moment I walked in the door to closing and my final walkthrough, everyone was truly wonderful to work with. Bought the house for the floor plan against my better judgement. A lot of promises made by pre sales team that post sales team can not uphold. Major buyers remorse, wish I would have purchased a Perry Home.
The builder was decent but they will install broken heating systems. This is a huge miss and a huge issue when it’s cold out. Despite follow up on the hvac/heating issue they are now not taking responsibility for the install and I had to call the heating company directly. Several others are having the same issue and we are considering taking further action.
