I caution anyone getting service for their car here. We had a 2017 Buick Encore in for an oil change. Per the Service Manager Tim Lisowski, they “replaced the oil filter with the style that was already in there.” My car had another location install the wrong style oil filter. When Mike Juneau’s Buick-GMC took the car in for an oil change, I later found out that they knew the wrong filter was in there and decided to reinstall the wrong filter without notifying my wife (whom brought the car in) that there was a problem. My service was great!
Tim Lisowski the Service Manager took very good care of us. We needed to get in for an oil change before we went out of town. He scheduled the service on our time and we got it completed.
