I thought the price of my 2020 Acadia Denali was fair, however avoid the service department. This “certified” vehicle came with a broken seat belt, corroded USB port, and worn rear links. It’s currently being repaired at another shop.
First encounter with this dealership. My wife’s car was purchased at another unnamed dealership. The car had an airbag recall and several months of trying to get the work done there we gave up and came here. They were upfront and honest about the parts timeline and got the job done once they had the part. My only gripe was it was hard to get in contact with service, however, very appreciative they got the recall work done on a car they didn’t even sell.
