I don't know what the President of the HOA for this community is doing with the resident's money. The "landscaped" berm has not been maintained, there are weeds and trees growing along with dead plants that have not been replaced or pulled up. The common areas are not maintained, the grass is out of control and the areas around the perimeter fence are overgrown. In the area of one of the retention ponds weeds are growing through the fence.
I really love my house all the way through the warranty process. Chafin really prioritizes customer service and making them feel good. Gam has gone above and beyond in terms of being helpful, he literally blew my mind with the level of service he provides. Leo did most of our warranty repairs and he was very professional and helpful as well. I would recommend them and chafin to all of my friends.
