The entire staff at Elmbrook General Dentistry make you feel welcome and comfortable from the moment you walk in the door. They go the extra mile to greet you by name, even if it is your very first appointment. Jane explained everything she was doing as well as explain the "importance of" and the "how to's" of dental care. Dr. Tran was extremely friendly and great to work with. The entire staff went above and beyond, it was wonderful!

Dr. Hackbarth replaced a crown that fell out. It was my first time coming to your dental practice. I was going to Generations Dentist the last 30 years. Dr. Hackbarth was super efficient and very warm. But the best part of my experience was that between Dr. Hackbarth and his assistant "flo" they had me laughing hysterically. Everyone in the office is very friendly and everyone is quick to answer my questions. The quality of care is the best of all previous dental offices that I had used in the past.
