I have been a tenant since 2019 and I can say if they don't get it together with fixing the gate (it's been out for OVER a month) and finding a way to secure our mailboxes from getting broken into then I won't be renewing my lease! I have complained to the front office about BOTH issues with no solutions. How can you advertise a safe community when the gate is broken and anyone can come in and do God knows what (theft...broken mailboxes). I've lived here for 3 years. Clean, quiet, everyone keeps to themselves. Gated. Maintenance was punctual. Would live here again once I return to Houston.
Horrible horrible horrible!! They do not care about making repairs everything is old and they have rats please stay away if you know what's good for you.
I haven't moved in yet,the process has been a good experience. Mrs. Debbie is very nice and personable. She goes above and beyond to try to meet my requests, and I appreciate that.
My experience visiting Brookfield Park Apartments was a pleasure. I worked with Ms Debbie and she's very helpful and professional.
