I moved in Brookfeild back in February 2024. I worked with Ms Debbie and she was very helpful and polite from our first interaction. I haven’t had any issues at the complex it is very quiet and peaceful. I’m writing this review to personally thank her for being such a big help and always pleasant to speak to ! Thanks again Debbie !!
This was my first time getting an apartment all alone. I was overwhelmed with the whole process until I talked to Debbie. She was so friendly, genuinely kind, and made me feel at ease! The process was simple and easy and I really appreciate all of Debbie's efforts into making this move-in smooth! I feel at home here. I feel safe. I don't plan on leaving anytime soon. Thank you Debbie and the Brookfield team !
Please be careful with the new management… when you communicate with them make sure to have everything in writing. Discrimination at this complex is at an all time high! New manager violates smoking policies hourly daily.
