Maintenance is amazing here! The office staff are friendly and helpful. I love that I moved here!! My only complaint is that I wish the exit gate would actually close, so that people and animals wouldn't enter through the gate.
Since the new management took these apartments WENT DOWN HILL!!! The trash bins are always full leading to so many stray cats , the gate has been broke for over a month leading to people walking in stealing from out the mailboxes because they are broken & not secured ‘ which many residents have voiced their concern. Not to mention the roaches are BADDD no matter how clean you are & how many times they get an exterminator out to your unit. I have been a tenant since 2019 and I can say if they don't get it together with fixing the gate (it's been out for OVER a month) and finding a way to secure our mailboxes from getting broken into then I won't be renewing my lease! I have complained to the front office about BOTH issues with no solutions. How can you advertise a safe community when the gate is broken and anyone can come in and do God knows what (theft...broken mailboxes). I've lived here for 3 years. Clean, quiet, everyone keeps to themselves. Gated. Maintenance was punctual. Would live here again once I return to Houston.
