Very rude neighbors blasting music after quiet time
Nice place to live! Been living here since 2021. Quiet. No playground and few children live here. Unattached garage but cost extra over rent.
Upsides: 1) We were able to sign the lease quickly and efficiently. 2) The landlord, Denver, was super nice and helpful. He could be forgetful at times, but we never minded that at all. He helped with all of our maintenance needs really quickly, too. We had a microwave that had a broken handle and the couple days after notifying him, we had a brand new microwave installed. 3) We were able to hang things up on the walls. I suggest using the sticker adhesive type instead of nails though. I heard a lot of people who had to pay ... read more
