I recently got married in June of this year, and we went ahead and used Brooke’s Flowers for our bridal party bouquets. And as you may have guessed Brooke worked her magic! Two stars because they delivered “something “ on the day I requested. However, it was NOT what I ordered, and I wasn’t given the courtesy of a phone call or text to say they didn’t have what I ordered. They sent an email but I didn’t see it while at work…a call or text I would have received promptly. Adding to the negative experience, I was WAY overcharged for what was delivered. AND my phone call to the shop had not been returned. Very disappointing experience. Just wanted to surprise my son at work on his 25th birthday.
Walked in there at 6pm before they closed. They charged me $27 for 3 leftover roses that they put together last minute. How is that justifiable? Please explain, I would love to hear!
