I've been struggling with my eyes for years now. For the first time ever, I shared my experience with an optometrist (Dr. Vetter) and I didn't walk away feeling like the doctor thought I was crazy. I felt heard. And, she pretty instantly figured out the issue. She jokingly said I would think she was a miracle worker, and I do! Very helpful instructions for an appointment checkup. I appreciate the care taken in response to COVID 19. All information taken over the phone, no exposure to others in the waiting area. Mask restrictions in place. They take your health seriously.
HIGHLY RECOMMENDED...Best Doctor I have seen in Havasu! Most Professional in this town. I am a retired Chicago Policeman living here for 15yrs and as far as I am concerned most dont come close to the kinda of treatment Dr Brooke Vetter and assoc give to a Patient! TY :)
From the receptionist, Dr. Assistants, Dr. Vedder, and the billing people it was a wonderful, friendly experience. I highly recommend this office for your eye care.
