Brookdale Williamsburg use to be my happy place. All staff was able and asked to make a true difference, until the merge happened. With changing the name from Chambrel to Brookdale Williamsburg came the change of service ,it's now corporations money making machine very different from what it used to be. People are being moved in with countless lies by marketing. Which makes it especially hard on the staff, and residents.
Great place for senior citizens. No entrance fees.
Those who work directly with residents have hearts of gold. Those in management positions are poor at best.
A beautiful facility staffed by amazing people. A great place to call home.
