RecommendedThe staff made our mother and her identical twin feel so welcome and connected them right away with other SR's who had similar hobbies (painting). Our mother and Aunt had a wonderful experience there. They made so many other accommodations for us when our mother's hospice care started which made a tough situation so much easier to deal with. Terrible communication among staff. Had to tell staff constantly my mother was on hospice care. Simply awful experience.
Less than impressed by the rehab facility and its staff. My grandpa is there to get better and stronger to come home and he’s treated like a burden and not a person. There’s been zero, absolutely zero communication. Regardless how many times the executive staff has been contacted or informed of issues, the care level has gotten worse instead of better.
