I just wanted to Thank everyone who works at Brookdale for all of the personal care and the attention to detail that our Mom and the other residents receive daily. She has lived at Brookdale for almost 3 1/2 years and really loves being included in the weekly outings and special events. Thanks for being her family when we are not there!
This is a wonderful place. I enjoy the residents and families. The staff work very hard to accomplish any requests. I found the meals to be very tasty. Nursing staff and Dietary staff do a GREAT job.
Brookdale West County took amazing care of my father in law who so wanted to stay in his home. Just several weeks after living there, he considered Brookdale to be his home. The care staff there was amazing attending to his every need. The management team does an great job of caring for their residents and giving them the personalized attention they deserve. Thank you Brookdale!
After five months of hell I moved my mother out of this place. For the first month they couldn't get her medication right or on time. Strike one. Then they couldn't respond to call buttons. After weeks of complaining they finally replaced the faulty call button. Strike two. For the final blow, there was money stolen from her purse in her room on three occasions. Strike three.
