RecommendedMy mom has been living at Brookdale for 3 years now. The staff has always been friendly and helpful. It is hard to place your parent(s) in a facility, but I know she is being taken care of. During this COVID situation and not being able to see her, I love seeing the posts of what a great job they are doing keeping the residents entertained and well. The staff is very courteous and facility is always clean. The seam really to care about their residences.
My mom started living here in May 2019. We are so very pleased with this facility. It’s a beautiful place and the staff couldn’t be nicer. It’s so scary placing your loved one in a strange place and praying that you’ve made the right decision. We feel she is in the perfect place. The ladies that run this facility have so much patience and always do their best to make you feel like you are their most important concern. The atmosphere is wonderful! Once you walk thru the door everyone has open arms for you, that is what put on my mind that this company would be for me. I'm a family person and everyone treats you like family. I will recommend people to come work here or even recommend your family member to make A Brookdale house their home.
