RecommendedMy mom is a resident now at Brookdale Spring Hill, because of Diana & Rachael those two caring ladies actually took the time to speak with my Moms doctor, even visited her in her previous home to better understand my moms needs. Both of these ladies guided my family every step of the way for this transition. Visited brookdale springhill june 16th 2019 . A small but very well staffed , toured home home very clean and well kept . I also had lunch food excellent . talked with mananager😌 for about hour she was well informed and answered all my questions . the prices are very affordale --- you make this home one of your stops before you decide give 5 stars
You can feel the community when you walk in. The staff really care for their residents, and the facility is wonderful.
Bad service and bad food. I would have never put my mom here if I knew this.
I love my job here at Brookdale, and I very much like my manager Darleen. I love what I do as a cook, and i take a lot of pride in my skills. And most of all I love my residents, I have not completed my daily job if I haven't made each and everyone of them smile or laugh. And I love mostly all the staff that I work with they are awesome and work very hard to care for our residents and keep them smiling.

My mother in Law was a resident at Brookdale until this morning when she took her last breath. Brookdale was not just a place for her to be but it was her home. I wish I remember all the names of the staff who took care of her not because it was their job but because they are companionate and they really care. Thank you for loving and caring for Marie!!
