POOR QUALITY OF MANAGEMENT, some residents complained about how they are treated, LACK OF EMPLOYEES TO ASSIST RESIDENTS … AND THE EMPLOYEES are not treated equality , they have favoritism.
I can’t say enough about how impressed I am with this senior community and the new leadership team. Since the new directors have stepped in, there has been such a positive shift—things are more organized, communication is clear, and the overall atmosphere feels warm and welcoming. I rarely post reviews but my experiences with our loved one has been a struggle with a stroke. It’s been hard to find a place with caring staff and pricing that won’t kill you. The folks at Brookdale have been a relief. Her caregivers have been so patient with her and we’ve been grateful for updates and suggestions. Even when I’m at my most frayed they’ve been patient with her and our family and friends.
