Absolutely Not. Medication errors, rude aids, lack of knowledge of cam boots (broken foot) and inconsistent therapy made for a nightmare for my grandmother. It's a beautiful place with lots of people running around doing everything but giving appropriate patient care. Minimum Standards were not met.
RecommendedI spent three weeks at Brookdale Rosehill, this past spring, when I shattered my hip. I received excellent care at all times — as if I were a loved one, not some ol’ stranger.
Great place for Seniors to live!
My wife is a resident in their Long term Care wing and the staff is professional, loving, attentive to the needs of my wife and all of the other residents. I live with a peaceful mind knowing my wife is in their care.
At this time I could not recommend this facility. Although a beautiful facility, the staff seems to be less than understanding, and they seem to be understaffed most the time! They charge extra for extra care (a lot) then can’t seem to actually provide it! I will update this to a better review if the situation gets better. But for now, it’s a fancy place to be ignored.
Brookdale Rosehill is an exceptional place for your parents or loved ones they treat everyone like they're family , they have the best associates and a professional medical staff on duty at all times plenty of entertainment and a healthy diet this is the ultimate home sweet home for anyone the atmosphere is just lovely , feel free to go for a visit ,you will be welcomed thank you Donna
Grandmother has rehabbed her many times - Would recommend!
From my experience I dont know that they could,When nurses fail to listen to instructions and hurt residences and the rehab people go in mode to cover it up,fail to tell insurance co.the truth just lie and say no improvement when not true at all was improving doing rehab for 2 months with whole arm ripped out of socket than just take rehab away & say no improvement!
