Virtually criminal neglect, and I can say after a year of my mother living there, you will need to be very vigilant and insistent if you want you or a loved one to get adequate care. Horribly expensive, but they insist on expecting far too much from the few staff they are willing to hire; my heart goes out to the residents and staff alike.
